Tomoko Akasaka
professor for the programs:
Annual Course, Artistic Master, Post-Graduate Master
1st prize at the 12th International "Japan Classical Music Competition" and the 3rd prize at the 53rd International Music Competition of ARD. Soloist with the most prestigious orchestra, she performed in Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany and Japan. Chamber music partners include  Gidon Kremer, Yuri Bashmet, Daniel Hope, Juliane Banse, Heinz Holliger, Menahem Pressler, Julian Steckel, Andreas Ottensamer, Daishin Kashimoto, the Kuss Quartet and many more. Tomoko Akasaka joined the Amaryllis Quartet in 2016.​​​ She is currently teaches in Düsseldorf Musikhochschule and since 2019 October professor at the Münster Musikhochschule.    ​

Thomas Riebl
professor for the programs:

3rd and 1st prize winner at the International competitions in Munich (ARD) and New York (Naumburg).He has performed with the Chicago, Vienna and Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestras, Claudio Abbado, Jessey Norman, Andras Schiff and Gidon Kremer. Founder member of the Vienna String Sextet. Professor at the  University Mozarteum Salzburg. Many of his students have won international competitions, have joined leading string quartets or symphony orchestras and have become professors at music universities.​

Wilfried Strehle
professor for the programs:

Wilfried Strehle joined the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (led by Herbert von Karajan) when he was just over 20 years old. He was viola soloist there from 1984 to 2013. Many of his students have earned great success and gone on on to become members of Berlin Philharmonic as well as other important orchestras in cities like Berlin, Vienna, Munich, Dresden and Hamburg. His long list of musical partners includes Yefim Bronfman and David Geringas.​

Alexander Zemtsov

Professor in some of the finest Music Universities in Europe: The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, University Professor at the Vienna Konservatorium Privat Universitat and Professeur invite the Haute Ecole de Musique de Laussane in Switzerland. Among his students are members of leading orchestras in the world as well as winners International competition prizes and awards. Viola soloist with numerous renowned orchestras in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. Among others he regularly performs as soloist with conductors as Alexander Vedernikov, Vladimir Jurowski and Neeme Jarvi.  Devoted chamber musician he has performed with partners such as Dmitri Sitkovetsky, Natalia Gutman, Gerhard Schulz, Peter Donohoe, Patrick Gallois and Misha Maisky.​
